You should be able to clearly demonstrate business and technical achievements with skills such as:-

• A broad knowledge of Microsoft development technologies including .NET, C#, SQL Server (Analysis Services, Database Services, Reporting Services, Integration Services), Web Services;
• A broad knowledge of system design principles with an ability to bring substantial contribution and fresh thinking to platform design discussions;
• Experience of large, high volume enterprise solutions utilizing service orientated architecture;
• Experience of high volume data extraction services, advanced RDBMS and OLAP schema design and a solid understanding of low level database optimization; 
• Experience of utilizing Microsoft Reporting Services and other such technologies to provide enterprise wide reporting for multiple organisational levels;
• Ability to track-down and diagnose software faults with little or no support, including faults using logging, database analysis and other methods
• Excellent communications skills, proven experience of working well in a team, articulate and precise in their description of technical issues;
• Functional and organisational understanding of contact centres and/or telecommunications technology
• Project Management
• An excellent practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle with particular emphasis on design and analysis phases.
• Experience with Contact Center reporting issues or associated data warehousing project experience
