You should be able to clearly demonstrate business and technical achievements using skills such as:-

• Functional and organisational understanding of contact centres and/or telecommunications technology
• Project Management
• An excellent practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle with particular emphasis on design and analysis phases.
• Experience with Contact Center reporting issues or associated data warehousing project experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of distributed Microsoft SQL Server deployments and related technologies, eg Analysis & Reporting Services
• Proven abilities in some of the following: Architectural design, RDBMS design, SQL, MDX, C#, .Net, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML and/or, distributed systems.
• Knowledge of contact centre or similar technologies, eg IVR, ACD, Cisco ICM, Genesys technologies
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, HTML, WML and other common mark ups
• Experience with common backend systems, particularly RDBMS, LDAP, billing and mediation systems.
