Major win for VIM in Canada
Boston, 29th December 2009. One of the largest service providers in Canada has chosen VIM to play a crucial role in helping it transform the economics of its customer service.
Using over a dozen outsourcers, across more than sixty sites and serving millions of customers the challenge presented to Exony and it partners was how to maintain the very highest levels of customer satisfaction while significantly decreasing operational costs. VIM was chosen to help change the dynamics of customer-outsourcer relationships and dramatically improve business user reporting, analysis and management capabilities. Exony VIM has been chosen as a central component in a multi-millon dollar project that will generate '8-digit' savings for the customer without sacrificing crucial customer satisfaction levels. The project will help transform a highly complex technical, organizational and commercial environment into one of the most sophisticated customer service operations in the world.
"This project will help transform the productivity of nearly 10,000 agents , across 12 suppliers and 3 continents. It will empower the business to drive the very highest efficiency and customer satisfaction levels from both internal and external resources" said Rex Dorricott, CEO of Exony.
