Rex Dorricott, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder Rex has more than 25 years experience in a prestigious career that includes prominent positions at Motorola and heading up European Software Research and Development at Sony Broadcast. Rex holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering and MA in Engineering from Southampton as well as an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from Surrey University. |

Phil Sweetland, Senior Vice President of Global Sales Prior to Exony, Phil held senior positions at Portal Software (Oracle), PWC, Sybase and Logica. He is an honours graduate in Electronic Engineering. |

Doug Webster, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder Doug’s career includes software development and technology team management roles at both Logica and IPL where he worked on a number of military and civilian security projects. His time at IPL also included a long-term secondment to Sony's European Software R&D Organization.

Simon Stearn, Services and Support As VP of Services and Support, Simon ensures that Exony’s customers receive the best possible help in getting 'in control' of their contact center resources with their Exony products. His dedication to service means that customers can get the expert support that they’d expect from a leading provider like Exony. Simon joined Exony in March 2005 from Netonomy, where he was also VP of Services and Support, and has more than 15 years experience in the technology industry. Simon’s pedigree in the industry also includes roles as Senior Director of Client Services at Portal Software and Practice Manager at Sybase. |

Simon Bunegar, Vice President of Marketing Simon joined Exony in 2008 to take responsibility for Marketing. Simon has over 20 years experience in helping businesses deliver customer value and address both customer contact issues and opportunities. He has extensive international experience with organizations such as Avaya, Lucent, and Cramer Systems running both business and technical programmes in over 20 countries. |
