London, 11th February 2010. One of the giants of UK, European and Global financial services has selected VIM Performance to help it redefine standards of customer service.

Working closely with its integration partners in the UK, Exony have today won the contest to supply next generation reporting, analytics and performance management software to one of the largest asset management, financial services and insurance providers in the industry.  

VIM Performance was chosen, after an extensive business and technical evaluation process, because it offered the clearest, fastest and safest route to significant performance improvements and operational cost savings. In a highly complex and demanding business and regulatory environment only VIM was able to provide the belnd of security and agiity needed by the customer across its many lines of business.

The first phase of this project will see VIM Performance help transform the productivity of over 2000 UK agents and improve the quality of service to millions of UK customers.
