Exony congratulates National Australia Group on winning EMEA Best Contact Center of the Year award

At a gala dinner held in London and attended by delegates of the 2-day Contact Center World Awards Conference, National Australia Group was announced as the winner of the Best Contact Center in EMEA in the 250+ agents category. The bank was also short-listed in the Best Customer Service award category.
To win the prestigious award, the bank beat competition from more than 400 contact centers from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. All award finalists had undergone scrutiny by a panel of independent judges and then at the 2 day conference every finalist had to present to the conference delegates and open themselves up for questions before the delegates then voted to determine the winners.
NAB’s winning Glasgow-based contact center employs more than 400 staff who provide service to customers from both its Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank operations.
Customer Strategy and Delivery General Manager Glenn King commented: “The contact center is a vital part of our business because our customers increasingly want to deal with us through direct channels such as the telephone and the internet. We have made a substantial investment in recent years to ensure that customers get the best possible service when they contact us and I’m delighted to see our efforts recognised in this way”.
