Exony and Cisco winners in Dubai
Dubai, 14th December 2009. Exony and Cisco Systems Dubai chosen to upgrade and enhance major local carrier. With over 3 million local and international customers one of Dubai's largest carriers has today selected Cisco and Exony to enhance their HIPCC based contact center assets.
VIM was chosen to enable the customer to provide hosted, multi-tenanted customer service solutions to new and existing fixed line business customers. By adding VIM they enhance their existing customer contact infrastructure to provide full security and partitioning services, delivering world class multi-tenanted customer care solutions for their customers.
