Our Approach to Implementation:

Exony Professional Services offer a flexible and customizable 5-step approach to ensure successful implementation of the award-winning Exony Virtualized Interaction ManagerTM:

  • Initiate - this is the first phase in our framework and represents the sales cycle prior to purchasing Exony's software
  • Discover - this phase involves using Exony's Insight Services team to run a series of workshops in order to understand and document your needs, identify any specific requirements, and to develop a detailed project plan and risk management approach
  • Build - this phase involves designing the implementation; configuring additional data sources, semantic models and specialized or custom reports; platform testing, including functionality, partitioning, custom reports and scaling; user testing; preparing for transfer to Exony Support Services
  • Deploy - this phase can incorporate all the elements of Exony's Knowledge Services, including training (end-user or train-the-trainer), information and knowledge transfer, change management and internal marketing, and specialized support training for technical staff
  • Adopt - this final phase includes production cut-over and transfer to Exony Support Services

Exony 'Fast Track' Implementation:

Following the same tried-and-tested 5-step approach detailed above, Fast Track Implementation is a standardized, low-risk deployment guaranteed to be delivered on-time and requiring a minimum of customer preparation.

Fast Track Implementation provides a standard configuration of Exony VIM including a single-side installation, the Fast Track Reports set with associated Semantic Data Models, data partitioning, user accounts, end-user training, and transfer to Exony Support Services.
